I love when Big Mike is in the mood to do some cooking and tonight he is taking the second half of a London Broil and making Beef Teriyaki.
Lots of beautiful colorful peppers, of course some mushrooms and onions, garlic which he has taught me to slice up instead of dicing and wow, what a difference this makes.
He makes this dish with very little sodium and he sure gets a lot of flavor going on. We don't even add the carbs from rice we just eat a big bowl of this which frees us up for something sweet if we choose later on.
